Measures adopted to ensure the safety of our guests

Reception:

  • We have set up a separation screen at the Reception desk.
  • We have marked the waiting areas on the Reception floor to keep a safety distance between guests at all times.
  • The reception staff will be wearing a mask.
  • A few days before your arrival we will request your ID or passport details, to speed up the check-in procedures and thus reduce the crowds in the reception area on the day of your arrival.
  • Your stay will be charged upon arrival at the time of check-in, preferably by card, to avoid crowding on the day of departure.
  • For safety reasons, luggage may not be brought into the Reception building. We have an area for your luggage outside the building while the check-in procedures last.
  • The apartment keys will be disinfected before they are handed over to you at Reception.
  • At your arrival we will give you a guide explaining the prevention and hygiene regulations to be applied in our facilities during your stay, in QR code format, so that you can download it to your mobile phone.
  • It will not be possible to use the luggage storage room (we cannot store your luggage either on the day of your arrival or on the day of your departure for health and safety reasons).
  • For safety reasons, apartment changes will not be permitted.

Restaurant:

  • Our Buffet is transformed to adapt to the new hygienic regulations; therefore it becomes an assisted buffet: it will be the Buffet staff who will serve you the food you choose, through a circuit. You can repeat as many times as you want from each dish, but the big difference is that you will not be the one taking the tongs but the staff at the Buffet.
  • The maximum capacity of the restaurant has been reduced.
  • The number of tables in the restaurant has been reduced and all of them will be placed at a safety distance of 2 meters from each other.
  • We have marked waiting areas on the restaurant floor so as to always keep a safety distance.
  • Sharing a table with more than 10 people will not be allowed.
  • Before entering the restaurant, it will be mandatory to disinfect your hands with the hydroalcoholic gel that we will provide you with. Therefore, we have installed hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at the entrance of the restaurant.
  • Sharing a table between families who stay in different apartments will not be allowed.
  • Tables and chairs will be disinfected after each use.
  • We are not allowed to use products brought in bulk; therefore products such as oil, vinegar, butter, jams, etc, will be provided in single-dose packaging.
  • Shifts for breakfast and dinner will be established, in order to control the capacity of the restaurant.
  • Restaurant staff will be wearing a mask.
  • The extra crockery, which until now has been at guest’s disposal, will be now provided by the Buffet staff when needed.

Swimming pool:

  • There will be a safety distance of 2 meters between each sunbed.
  • There will be a disinfection system for sunbeds after each use.
  • The maximum capacity of the swimming pool has been reduced.

Cleaning Service:

  • Both bed linen and towels will be washed at more than 60 degrees.
  • We will attempt, whenever possible, to leave the apartment in quarantine for 24 hours, between check-outs and check-ins of new guests.
  • The cleaning staff will only access the apartment when unoccupied.
  • Towels will be changed every 2 days.
  • The cleaning of the apartment will be done per week of stay and it is only for stays longer than 7 nights. No cleaning of kitchen utensils or kitchenware will be included.
  • For safety reasons, apartment changes will not be permitted.
  • Restrooms in common areas will be disinfected every 2 hours.
  • Cleaning staff will use new cloths and gloves for each apartment, to avoid contamination from one apartment to another.
  • We are obliged to reduce the textile elements in the apartments. This means we will remove extra cushions, blankets and pillows from the apartment. If you need anything extra, you may ask at Reception.

Bar:

  • The waiters will be wearing a mask.
  • We have marked the waiting areas on the Bar floor to keep a safety distance between guests at all times.
  • Tables and chairs will be disinfected after each use.
  • We have digitized our bar menu in QR code so that you can download it with your mobile phone.
  • The number of tables in the bar has been reduced and all of them are placed at a safety distance of 2 meters from each other.

Maintenance service:

  • In case of a breakdown in your apartment, the maintenance staff will come in only when you are not inside.
  • After the breakdown is solved, the affected area will be disinfected.
  • The maintenance staff will be wearing a mask if they enter your apartment.

Other general measures:

  • Our personnel have been supplied with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for their jobs.
  • The use of a mask is mandatory (for both guests and employees), whenever it is not possible to maintain the safety distance of 2 meters.
  • Signs with the rules to be followed have been placed all over the establishment.
  • All staff members have been trained to offer you the best service with safety guarantees.
  • Cleanup and disinfection plans have been established in all departments to ensure proper cleaning and hygiene
  • The merchandise that arrives to our establishment will be disinfected in our warehouse, before it gets to any other area within our facilities.
